- Wing Chun: Tuesdays – 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
- Tai Chi Quan: Wednesdays – 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

How do Live & On-Demand Classes Work?
What clothing will I need?
Dress comfortably to allow the body to move and the skin to breathe. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Loose-fitting clothing and flat-soled shoes are recommended. The more flowing and free-moving the clothing, the better, because the skin is an organ as well!
Can I pay in my local currency?
South Africans can pay in local currency in-store or online on this page using the secure payment facilitators on this website. For on-demand payments, we use the reputed secure Stripe payment system for international processing. It automatically converts to your location and adapts to your local currency. The currency initially displays USD$ but converts in the shopping basket. You can pay with a debit or credit card. You have an option.
How do on-demand classes work?
On-demand lesson setup is very easy. Once you select your course or subscription the system will automatically guide you to complete your transaction and a verification email will sent to you with your login prompt. Just follow our step-by-step registration process by clicking this link.
What equipment will I need?
Cost-effective training with little to no equipment required, unless otherwise specified. We are fortunate in that our training requires little to no outside equipment. Dress comfortably to allow the body to move and the skin to breathe. Loose-fitting clothing and flat-soled shoes are recommended.
What technology is required?
On-demand learning and reference library with 1MindBodyFitness self-paced courses can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. You can use your mobile phone, laptop, or computer. The lessons are not downloadable as we constantly upgrade and add new lessons to the courses.
Does my course and subscription access expire?
Your course and subscription in some cases do expire. Your course access is unlimited as long as your subscription is active. The lessons are not downloadable as we constantly upgrade and add new lessons to the courses. Keeping the updated knowledge fresh and relevant.
